Name, email, and password (hashed) when you register. Financial documents you upload for validation. Usage data (upload counts, validation history). Payment reference IDs via Razorpay — we never see your card details.
To provide compliance validation, send OTPs and transactional emails, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Uploaded documents and reports are auto-deleted after 90 days. Validation history is kept until you delete it. Payment records are kept for 7 years (statutory requirement).
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email contact@pi2pi.co.in and we'll respond within 30 days.
All connections are HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256. Data at rest is encrypted on AWS.
We'll email you 14 days before any material change. Continued use means acceptance.
